OakTree Rebrand

The ask: OakTree Staffing sought a brand refresh, including an new logo and a new website to enhance its market presence and establish a stronger identity. With a focus on growth, the company needed a visual and digital update that would reflect its expertise, warmth, and commitment to quality service. The goal was to differentiate OakTree in a competitive industry while maintaining its approachable, family-owned feel.

The design solution: I developed a modernized visual identity that balanced professionalism with OakTree’s personable and trusted reputation. The refreshed brand incorporated a refined color palette, and a new logo, integrating the company’s signature orange and bright blue with subtle, professional tones for a polished yet engaging look. A new graphic system, including the integration of the OakTree leaf as a branding element, reinforced brand recognition.

The outcome: The rebrand successfully positioned OakTree as a standout staffing agency with a strong, optimistic, and professional brand identity. The cohesive design system increased brand consistency across all marketing materials, while the new website improved usability and visibility. Internally, the updated branding fostered alignment among teams, and externally, it strengthened OakTree’s credibility—helping to attract more clients and candidates while reinforcing the company’s reputation for quality and responsiveness.
