Felix Branding
The ask: Syncx needed an AI avatar for Felix, their conversational chatbot, to embody their brand personality and enhance user interactions. The goal was to create a visually distinct AI assistant that felt both approachable and innovative—balancing intelligence with a friendly, engaging presence. The avatar needed to align with Syncx’s forward-thinking, relationship-driven approach to AI while standing out in a competitive digital landscape.
The design solution: Building on the voice developed for Felix, a gender-agnostic, smart, and sassy digital assistant, I designed an avatar that visually reinforces these traits while disrupting conventional chatbot expectations. Felix was crafted with a modern, dimensional aesthetic, ensuring a seamless presence across digital applications. Their signature pink Syncx “X” and sneakers were incorporated as key brand elements, making Felix instantly recognizable and deeply connected to the Syncx identity.
The outcome: Felix will elevate Syncx’s brand, transforming AI-driven interactions into engaging, memorable experiences. The avatar reinforces Syncx’s reputation for innovation and client-focused technology, making the chatbot feel like a true team member rather than just another AI tool. The cohesive branding across visual identity, voice, and UX will help Felix stand out in the AI assistant landscape, strengthening Syncx’s competitive positioning and user engagement.
